I was getting my breakfast ready after my morning exercises and I figured this would be the perfect time to do a Rebecca’s Delights blog post! My last Rebecca’s Delights video was an easy two ingredient strawberry dessert, just in case you missed it.
So, what’s for breakfast? Whole wheat peanut butter and banana toast! It is so delicious and very filling.
The fiber in the whole wheat toast will help you feel fuller for longer and will also aid in digestive health. The peanut butter is also very filling and contains a good amount of protein (8 gr for 2 tbsp in my Jif Reduced Fat). Then the bananas will provide you with some added energy to get you going on your to-do list (mine is ever expanding).
Along with my yummy breakfast I’m also having some Vita Coco Peach and Mango flavored coconut water. I am obsessed with Vita Coco! I have never felt so hydrated in my life, as funny as that sounds.
