Most people don’t have the time to work out every single day. Well, now you can! Below I have a video from one of my favorite online instructors, Blogilates (AKA Cassey).
She describes this video as a five minute fat burning cardio warmup… It definitely warms you up! Cassey says to do this as a warmup before her other workouts but honestly this feels like a workout in and of itself. The first few times I did this exercise I was huffing and puffing at the end. Whenever I don’t have time to do a full blown 30 minute to 1 hour workout, I’ll quickly do this five minute cardio routine.
Some of you may be thinking “It’s only five minutes! That’s not effective!”
Well, is five minutes better then none? Yes.
