Amazfit Unboxing and Review

Hello Kind Friends, today I’m excited to share with you a sponsored look at the Amazfit step and sleep tracker. I’ve been really into wearable fitness jewelry the past few years, especially since my introduction to the Bellabeat LEAF, since these adorable pieces make me want to wear them and track my daily steps. Check out the Amazfit review below.

The Amazfit Moonbeam and Equator

As a mom to a newborn (He turned one month old yesterday! Wow I’m flipping out.) I have baby weight on the mind, but I know I need to help my body recover before I jump straight into working out again. Keeping track of my steps and making sure I take frequent walks has been the way I’ve been easing into things before I get the okay from my doctor to start running again. My dog Mustache is certainly enjoying all the extra walks! My Pokemon Buddy is enjoying the extra candy too… (Yes, I’m still playing Pokemon GO.)

Check out more details about the Amazfit below and see more in my video review…

The Amazfit is a spherical ceramic disc that tracks steps and sleep patterns, with a series of accessories so that it can be worn as a bracelet or a necklace. It’s incredibly thin (significantly thinner than the Bellabeat LEAF) and very comfortable to wear. At the time of this posting, it’s actually on sale for $59.99 (regularly $79.99) on Amazon, making it really affordable versus other wearable tech.

It’s available in black or white, with accessories you can mix and match in different medals. It works well with casual clothing (with this Equator accessory) and more professional work attire (with the Moonbeam accessory). This is definitely something I can wear to the office, wearing the black Amazfit with the black Moonbeam accessory matches my style perfectly without being too “Look at me! Look at me!”

How does the Amazfit compare to the Bellabeat LEAF?

As for its accuracy, the step counting seems to be comparable to other wearable techs I’ve used, but the sleep tracker is having a hard time keeping up with my newborn! I’m up and out of bed two-six times at night and the Amazfit only tracks my sleep until the second wake-up. I guess it just thinks I’m lazy the other few hours I’m asleep? Haha. I’m hoping once Jack starts sleeping through the night I’ll be able to get a more accurate look at my sleep patterns. It tracks all of this data using an app, available on iPhone and Android, syncing using Bluetooth.

Check out the Amazfit on Amazon if you’d like a cute activity tracker to keep you on track of your fitness goals.

How do you stay fit? Did this Amazfit review help you make a decision on what step tracker to try?
